Education and professional development
I studied and qualified as a veterinarian in Germany and am licensed to practise in Israel. I continue to undertake professional education in Israel and internationally.
Clinical and animal-welfare experience
My experience includes community and larger veterinary clinics, emergency centres, SPCA Tel Aviv and SOS Pets.
Veterinary leadership and mentoring
As co-founder and former chief veterinarian of Teddy Vets, I helped shape its clinical approach and mentored many veterinarians throughout my clinical and leadership work.
Why have I chosen to focus exclusively on euthanasia and end-of-life care?
Even when recovery is no longer possible, there is still so much we can do for an animal and the family who loves them. For me, preventing suffering and helping families say goodbye calmly and with dignity are deeply meaningful parts of being a veterinarian.
I have chosen to dedicate my work to this care so that each family has the time, attention and presence this moment deserves. That includes listening to questions and doubts beforehand, explaining without pressure and, when the time comes, making a goodbye possible at home, in familiar surroundings and beside the people they love.
The Prida BeAhava approach
The aim is professional, calm and clear care in familiar surroundings. Deep anaesthesia with full loss of consciousness precedes euthanasia, and the family has as much time as it needs.
Languages and service boundaries
Examination, consent and difficult end-of-life conversations can be conducted in Hebrew, English, French and German. The service is for dogs and cats, by appointment, and is not emergency care. Aftercare logistics are performed by trusted external providers, who contract and take payment directly from the family.
